We want you to love your crystal candle and the energy it brings into your space. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original condition and returned in their original packaging. Please note that the return postage is the responsibility or the buyer.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible. Once your return has been received and checked, any approved refund will be made back to your original payment.
